The insurance adjuster seemed to be very nice.

Does he/she know the important facts about the accident that really make a difference to a jury? Does he/she know what the long-term effects of the injuries are? Does he/she know what kind of compensation he/she is really entitled to? If you don't know the exact answers to these questions then there is no way you can present this information to the adjuster, and the dollar figure he or she has in mind for your claim will be dropping with every word he or she speaks, talking to you like your best friend!
