Do I need
your help?
Only if you have been denied benefits. We can only assist
you in filing that initial application- we can’t actually
file it for you. (Form 21-256 or online:
http://vabenefits.vba.va.gov/vonapp/) What do you
charge?
Our fees are typically 25% of the past benefits. We also
don’t just charge you because we feel like it. We ask for
the approval of the VA before we charge one penny. We want
to deserve what we’re paid. Is my case any good?
We don’t know. We will gladly talk with you over the phone,
or in person by appointment, and discuss your case. Our
initial consultation is free. What you WILL get from us is
straight talk. We’re a different law firm that believes in
taking time to explain things that are confusing, and
preparing our clients for the different possibilities. Why
do I need a Lawyer?
The truth is, you might not! Your case may be one of the few
that the VA approves right off the bat, and you may get
lucky- but how anxious do you think the federal government
is to voluntarily give you money every month for the rest of
your life?
